What is lightning? Why does wearing rubber shoes help you during a storm?
Lightning is an affection by clouds. We can easily say that the lightning is discharge of electricity.
Most of time when there is lightning it's because of, tunder. Which means it's from tunderstorms.
When there is lightning, the speed is 60,000m / s, and temperature of the light is approximately 30,000 C. When there is one lightning, it can turn on 100000 pieces of bulbs for 1 hour, which is 100 watts.
Wearing rubber shoes help you during a storm, because there are a lot of lightning when it rains or having a storm.
Wearing a rubber shoes really help when there is lightning. Rubber shoes is an insolator, so when there is a electrical shocking, the rubber shoes will prevent you from the electrical shocking. However, it still depends on how much energy does the lightning or electricity contains or how thick is your rubber shoes. It's because, when there is too much energy in lightning, the rubber shoes would prevent you from the shocking, but it only can prevent certain electricities from lightning. Therefore, it really depends how thick is your rubber shoes, or how much volts does lightning or electrical shocking contains.
Also sleeper prevents you from lightning.
