Traffic problem !!

Korea has a special day it is 'Moon Festival", it is really happy and special day, however there is a problem, the problem is traffic ... Korea is a small country, but the populations are to much, so they get traffic problem, so maybe 1 KM for 20 minutes when the road is really having a problem, and we have a lot of injured during a driving a cars, so we will have to watch out !!
