When Jangmi - which means Rose in Korean - hit land it brought winds of more than 191 kilometres (115 miles) per hour. The storm weakened after leaving Taiwan on its way to Japan, and was downgraded to a tropical storm. Workers had to fix power lines after 86,000 homes were left without electricity. | ||
